A court case should take place when a person is accused of committing a crime and will not admit to it. If they admit they have less punishment. The judge will be prime minister unless accused of a crime then the crime minister should take their place. The accused should be tied to a chair so that they can not leave. Any witnesses should sit in the room two.

Once the case starts the judge must first let the witnesses speak first. The judge then must make it clear that lying will mean they have to let the next person of the opposite gender to commit a crime sit on there nose for 1 hour and being found guilty will result in this too  and running away will mean they have to make one guard sit on their knee and one on their shoulders to weigh them down. This can also happen at the judges command. Then let them say their defense and the witness responds and keeps going until no more has to be said and let the jury vote.

If they are found guilty both punishments will take place if they are found not guilty they shall not be punished.
